After a decade in high-pressure tech roles and adjusting to life as an expat in the U.S., I hit a breaking point that landed me in the hospital. My healing journey didn’t just help me recover from burnout — it taught me something I now believe deeply: to truly thrive in this world, we need life tools no one teaches us in school.
